The farmhouse on Abney Road
Everything is mixed, rolled, baked and packaged in the certified commercial kitchen built into the house. The batches are small and the menu changes with the week.
The bakery is the heart of the Abney neighbourhood, and its reach keeps growing: porch pickup at the farm, a shelf at Cape Bear Farms, and a mobile bakery trailer that carries the kitchen to summer events, pop-ups and private functions.
Ingredients come from our own fields: the raised beds, berry canes and sunflower rows around the house.
